- All caterers must be approved in advance by the Center.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is due with signed agreement. The balance at least two weeks before the event.
- At its discretion, the Center may hire and charge to the client a police detail for groups of more than 100 people. The fee per officer is $200 for a minimum four-hour period.
- At its discretion, the Center may refuse to rent for an event that it deems inappropriate for its location and setting or which may jeopardize its property.
- No events can extend beyond 12:00 AM.
- The client is responsible for all required insurance and licenses.
