The Center is overseen by the Friends of the Maliotis Cultural Center, a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation governed by a nine-member board of directors. The current directors are: Arthur G. Dukakis; George N. Hatsopoulos, Christine Kondoleon, Themis Papageorge, Dia M.L. Philippides, Philip Serafim, Anthony F. Tamis, G. Lee Tamis, and Clotilde Zannetos. The Maliotis Cultural Center is administratively independent of Hellenic College and the Greek Orthodox Church.
